- 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling within the required notice period.
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
Payments and Refunds
- Payments may be made online, in person or as specified on the website.
- In the event of an appointment being cancelled by Deborah Lynne Hair Extension Systems, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Client Responsibilities
- Some hair extension systems and hair treatments may require patch tests at least 24-48 hours in advance.
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or relevant information before treatments/colour services/fittings.
